Todays Media and Paranoid Propaganda

In a ever changing society seemingly going in circles there are many things to consider.  Within our state of personal dissatisfaction, our creative process can help us weed through vast amounts of filtered . Critical now more than ever is going to give us a sense of peace and contentment. while kicking to the curb.

Terror and paranoia:  what are you protecting? The is circular reasoning with fear and confusion, making you emotional and making you want to act. With paranoia on the verge of being an epidemic, we will buy for safety and bear arms to defend ourselves.  When you are on the defense you are not thinking. Beware of following suite from our slandering : The news caters to a small populous of very closed off minds. This small majority is classified as normal everyday average Americans. In the same category anywhere from 25-50% of the population is Bipolar according to suicide.org and medicalnewstoday.com. Article: http://www.harpers.org/archive/1964/11/0014706

Paranoia is an illness that is powerful and very destructive. Fear slows mental and physical growth; when your internal mechanisms have a bug it will show in your external actions. It seems very prevalent on collective, but individuals who feel ill want to get better, they want to BE better. Try to apply everything to hear to a small level; communities, classrooms and families who try desperately to break this cycle. Always question heavily where is the news getting its data? who are these “experts and doctors” researching and diagnosing the mentally ill. 25-50% is a huge gap and what is the that are being offered or not offered? If the only goal is more , data, better chemicals we as a whole collective need to questions all of these things. We need compassion and love for those who are desperately trying to be right and feel like they belong.  Article: http://www.criticalthinking.org/articles/ct-emotional-intelligence.cfm

Just a spoon full of sugar and a great sense of humor can easily put all this into perspective. Remember your priorities and revise if needed and feel your brain get empowered and react less. See the current situation for what it is and being compassionate and loving puts the control back in your mental hands. Don’t expect the news to change; get your news else where and do it often, check the source and take it with a grain of salt. remember no man is an island and get curious change and be passionate for . Root with your and turn a deaf ear to the propaganda.
